CBC’s Food Control Team inspects hygiene measures at restaurants

Cantonment Board Clifton’s (CBC) Food Control Team visited restaurants in Saba Commercial Phase-VI to inspect hygiene measures, medical certificates, and trade licences.
The inspections were conducted under the directives of CBC CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Cantonment Pure Food Act of 1966.
During an inspection at one restaurant, the team discarded an unhygienic article and warned owners to obtain medical certificates for staff as well as trade license.
