Crackdown on encroachments

CBC razes illegal structures outside shops in Punjab Colony

The Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) has demolished tandoors, raised platforms, and other illegal concrete structures outside shops during a major anti-encroachment operation in Punjab Colony. The encroachments were causing difficulties for residents by obstructing movement in the area. Illegal structures built on footpaths were also hindering pedestrian access and posing safety risks. Residents of the area lauded CBC’s action. The board reiterated its commitment to taking prompt action against encroachments within its jurisdiction.
