CBC kicks off reconstruction of eight more major roads
The Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) has launched the reconstruction of eight more major roads under the second phase of its infrastructure development initiative, following the successful completion of five roads in the first phase.
The roads included in the second phase are Khayaban-e-Shahbaz, Khayaban-e-Shaheen, Khayaban-e-Sehar, Khayaban-e-Badar, Khayaban-e-Hilal, Khayaban-e-Badban, Khayaban-e-Muhafiz and Saba Avenue.
The renovation of these roads is expected to further improve traffic flow and enhance commuting convenience. As in the first phase, high construction standards and timely completion of the project will be ensured.
The successful execution of the first phase, marked by high quality and on-time completion, reflects CBC’s commitment to providing high-quality civic facilities to residents within its jurisdiction under the visionary leadership of CBC CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik.
In the first phase, the reconstruction and renovation of five major roads in DHA — including Khayaban-e-Bahria, Khayaban-e-Shujaat, 26th Street, Khayaban-e-Ittehad and Commercial Avenue — has significantly improved traffic flow and enhanced the overall beauty and infrastructure of the areas.
The ongoing road reconstruction and high-quality renovations are receiving great appreciation from residents.
