Like other ongoing Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) road reconstruction projects, Khayaban-e-Hilal is also undergoing carpeting and renovation in accordance with strict quality standards under the guidance of CBC CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik.
