The Commissioner Karachi and Cantonment Board Clifton, under the leadership of CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, are united in their mission for a Polio-Free Karachi.
Commissioner Karachi, Mr. Hassan Naqvi, visited the Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) Headquarters as part of the ongoing Polio Eradication Campaign, reaffirming the city administration’s commitment to making Pakistan a Polio-Free Nation.
During the visit, Commissioner Naqvi emphasized the importance of collective community efforts in eradicating the crippling disease once and for all. He urged residents of Clifton and DHA to ensure that every child under five years of age receives the polio vaccine. The Commissioner interacted with local residents, commending their civic sense and awareness regarding public health initiatives.
Commissioner Naqvi also requested the Cantonment Board Clifton to continue its proactive role in facilitating vaccination teams and supporting field operations.
Speaking on the occasion, the Additional CEO of CBC lauded the dedication of the Polio Eradication Teams and reiterated CBC’s full commitment to promoting and supporting public health initiatives within its jurisdiction.
