Open, unsafe manholes pose a serious safety hazard; therefore, the Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) has urged the public to immediately report any unsafe or open manholes observed in Defence or Clifton through the CBCARE application to ensure a prompt response by CBC’s Emergency Response Team (ERT). Complaints can be lodged in three easy steps: 1. Open the CBCARE App 2. Pin the exact location 3. Snap and attach a photo Upon receiving the complaint, CBC’s Emergency Response Team will swiftly reach the location and carry out the necessary repairs.
