Students participate in tree plantation at Khalid Shaheed Park
Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) continues to take steps under the Sarsabz-o-Shadab Pakistan initiative to promote a greener and healthier environment in Clifton Cantonment.
As part of these efforts, CBC Horticulture Branch recently organised a tree plantation activity at Khalid Shaheed Park, in which school students actively participated.
On the occasion, the students planted saplings and expressed their commitment to making the environment greener. Teachers and Horticulture Branch In-charge Aqsa Mehdi were also present.
Under the guidance of CBC CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, the Horticulture Branch continues to plant new trees and plants while ensuring the proper maintenance of flowers and greenery across the green belts, parks, roundabouts and other locations in Clifton Cantonment.
These efforts aim to make Clifton Cantonment more beautiful, green and clean while providing residents with a healthy and pleasant environment.
