CBC CEO Omar Farooq hoists national flag to mark Independence Day
Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) organised a dignified Independence Day ceremony, which was attended by the CBC management, staff members and a large number of citizens.
The ceremony began with the flag hoisting by CBC CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik. He felicitated everyone on this auspicious occasion, highlighted the national significance of Independence Day, and paid tribute to the great sacrifices made for Pakistan, particularly those of the martyrs.
The ceremony featured the national anthem and patriotic songs. A cake was also cut on the occasion, and sweets were distributed among the participants.
