CBC installs street lights, poles on Khayaban-e-Mujahid, Khayaban-e-Shamsheer
Cantonment Board Clifton’s (CBC) Emergency Response Team (ERT) is carrying out the installation and repair & maintenance of street lights in the Clifton Cantonment at an accelerated pace. In this regard, the installation of street lights and poles in Khayaban-e-Mujahid and Khayaban-e-Shamsheer has been completed, while street lights have also been installed in Khayaban-e-Bukhari, Khayaban-e-Rahat and various other locations.
Meanwhile, the installation of street lights and poles continues in Khayaban-e-Shahbaz, Abdul Sattar Edhi Road and various other locations.
The installation of street lights in these areas will help ensure the safety and protection of commuters and pedestrians at nighttime.
Earlier, CBC had completed the installation and repair & maintenance of street lights at the Sea View beach parking area and the service road before Eid-ul-Fitr to ensure that picnickers visiting the beach at nighttime do not face any inconvenience.
CBC, under the leadership of its CEO Muhammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, is actively working towards resolving the civic issues of Clifton Cantonment residents and promptly acts on complaints from residents.
