CBC marks Kashmir Solidarity Day with flag-hoisting ceremony

The Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) organised a flag-hoisting ceremony on February 5 to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day. The event was attended by a large number of CBC officers and staff. In connection with the day, a rally was also organised under the leadership of senior CBC officials. Participants chanted slogans in support of the Kashmiri people’s freedom struggle and their right to self-determination. The atmosphere resonated with chants of ā€œKashmir Banega Pakistan,ā€ ā€œPakistan Zindabad,ā€ ā€œPak Army Zindabad,ā€ and ā€œIndia Kashmir Se Nikal Ja.ā€ Participants carried banners bearing slogans in support of the Kashmir freedom struggle and reaffirmed Pakistan’s political, moral and diplomatic support for the just and peaceful struggle of the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K). They also called for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with United Nations resolutions and the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
