Poles, LED street lights installation underway in Defence
Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) is installing new poles and LED street lights in various areas of Defence.
The localities where the new poles and LED street lights are being installed include Khayaban-e-Rahat and Saba Avenue up to Sea View, Khayaban-e-Bukhari and Sea View to 35 Street, and B Street and 26 Street up to Saba Avenue.
These efforts are being carried out under the directive of CBC Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for residents.
The installation of the new LED street lights will not only make streets brighter at night and travel safer, but will also contribute to electricity savings.
