CBC ensures prompt resolution of street light complaints
Cantonment Board Clifton’s (CBC) Emergency Response Team (ERT) remains fully committed to maintaining the street lights system in Clifton Cantonment in good working condition and ensuring the prompt resolution of complaints received in this regard.
Through the tireless efforts of the CBC ERT Electrical/Street Lights Team, the large number of street light-related complaints previously received through the CBCare portal and the Control Room have now been almost completely resolved. Complaints received on a daily basis are being addressed promptly under a 24-hour turnaround strategy, ensuring that no complaint remains pending unnecessarily.
These measures have contributed to safer movement at night in Clifton Cantonment and helped prevent potential accidents. The steps being taken by CBC in this regard are also being appreciated by residents.
Under the leadership of CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, CBC continues its efforts to provide a clean, safe and pleasant environment in Clifton Cantonment.
