CBC announces 10% special concession in Property Tax for current fiscal year
Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) has announced 10 per cent special concession on property tax for the fiscal year 2025-26. However, this concession in the current financial year’s property tax may be availed after paying all outstanding CBC dues by June 30, 2026.
CBC residents are requested to benefit from this offer and ensure timely payment of property tax to avoid 12 per cent surcharge in the next year’s tax bill.
POS machine facility is also available at CBC’s CBCARE office to make tax payments easier. Residents can now promptly pay their tax dues using debit or credit cards, eliminating the hassle of standing in long queues.
CBC has issued property tax bills for the fiscal year 2025-26. Residents who have not received their tax bills may contact the CBC Revenue Office for assistance.
Under the leadership of CEO Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, CBC is actively working to provide modern civic facilities to the residents of Clifton Cantonment.
