CBC begins tree plantation on newly reconstructed roads
Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) has initiated a tree plantation drive along the greenbelts of Khayaban-e-Ittehad and other newly reconstructed major roads.
This initiative will not only enhance the beauty of these thoroughfares but also contribute significantly to reducing environmental pollution and promoting a healthier atmosphere.
In the first phase, CBC undertook the reconstruction and renovation of five major roads—Khayaban-e-Bahria, Khayaban-e-Shujaat, 26 Street, Khayaban-e-Ittehad, and Commercial Avenue—under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Mohammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik.
Following the carpeting, lane marking, footpath paving, and road beautification work is progressing at an accelerated pace.
