Karachi: In yet another progressive step toward improving public service and community engagement, Mr. Muhammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik, Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC), has announced the establishment of a full-fledged 24/7 Virtual Support Department.
This newly launched department is designed to provide round-the-clock assistance to residents, ensuring that their concerns and complaints are addressed efficiently — with a commitment to resolution within 24 hours.
According to officials from the Virtual Support Office, the department currently handles an average of 10 to 15 complaints daily related to various civic matters. Each case is tracked and resolved promptly through an integrated digital system.
CEO Mr. Muhammad Omar Farooq Ali Malik said in a statement that the initiative reflects CBC’s dedication to leveraging technology for public convenience.
